Volunteers from Western NC Conference - May 16 - 26, 2014

Six Volunteers in Mission from the Western North Carolina Conference arrived on April 16, to help with some projects at the UMC in Monospitovo (village), Macedonia.  The projects include stacking firewood, building a carport, painting the gate and railings and removing rocks from the backyard so that a garden can be made.  Everyday different women from the congregation came with delicious food for our lunch.

Mother's Day - May 11, 2014

UMC, Strumica

At the morning church service the children presented a drama and Bible verses, and they sang three songs in honor of mothers.

The drama: the host of the talk-show "Good Morning, Strumica!" interviews four women from the Bible and asks them to give their advice for women today.

Blaze and Martin do the commercial for a new phone app that helps you when you are lost. It's called THE BIBLE.

The children each say a Bible verse about children and parents and then they add a piece to the "Mom" puzzle.
